CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable (40%), if the apartment is not re-lent. In this case, the deposit is returned, but with 10% less on general expenses for the practice.

OFFERS
- Up to June 21 and after September 13:
for stays of two or more weeks: one week will be full price and for the
others 50% discount (in case of variation of price, discounts are applied
on the lower cost weeks).
- 26.07 - 02.08 week,
if combined with one of the above will be discounted of 10%
- 23.08 - 30.08 week, if combined with
one of the above will be discounted of 20%

ADDICTIONAL COMPULSORY CHARGES:
(to be paid on the arrival)
Flat-rate services (children under 2 excluded - compulsory over 2):
€ 80,00 a week per person, for
water, light and gas consumption,
bed linens (with weekly change) and bath linen (with biweekly change),
weekly cleaning.
In the three-roomed flat, if occupied by less than 3 persons, at least three
quotas.
Cautionary Deposit: € 300,00 for damages, cautionary telephone and safe.
ALL COSTS, ADDICTIONAL CHARGES AND DEPOSITS
TO BE PAID AT THE RESIDENCE,
before the delivery of the keys.
The kitchen-corner must be left clean before the departure; or the client can choose to pay the cleaning, that costs € 80,00 and will be deducted from the caution money.
Pet policy: Pets not allowed.
